After four years of service in the United States Air Force, Chad spent the next three years completing and receiving his B.S. in Construction Management. He followed that with three years in commercial and residential new building construction. He has also been a partner in a solid surface (countertop) and flooring installation company for five years. He has accumulated an extensive resume in Federal Contracting on a wide variety of projects for multiple Federal Agencies including the National Park Service, the US Department of Veterans Affairs Bureau of Reclamation, US Forest Service, and the Bureau of Land Management.
