Safety
We believe that safety is a critical part in construction work, and WE WILL NOT jeopardize life, limb or equipment. It is the goal of DCC to have zero accidents by identifying and correcting processes, procedures, or hazards which could result in personal illness or injury. All of their Supervisors are required to take the OSHA 30-hour certification course. There will be daily Toolbox Safety Meetings on each project. A Preconstruction meeting will be done with each contractor prior to the start of work on a project.

We will work continuously to improve the established safety program to efficiently reduce the nature of risks of accidents and occupational illnesses to foster and encourage a safe working and healthy living environment. We will monitor worksites and communicate the company’s safety performance to employees and stakeholders on a regular basis.
